After the Devil Stoffel acquired both the
Military equipment of a complete nation worth of 40 billion Dollars,
the secrets of Iraq as well as that of other nations, He also
had a treasury of traitors whom even history will be ashamed to
mention their names.

After this, he presented his report to the
white house; we present you with

Wye Oak Co.
requires your approval of it's contract with the Iraqi Ministry of
Defense.

The Iraqi
Military Equipment what is presumed to be sold as scrap, are
currently in the custody of the U.S. Military and the Coalition
Forces.

Wye Oak will
cooperate with the U.S. Military to fulfill the Contract.

You can
confirm this arrangement by contacting Lt. Gen David Patreus in
Baghdad.

The
Equipment appears to be acquired over a long period of time and was
imported from France Russia and china; there is also military
equipment of U.S. and British origin captured from Iran.

We are not
sure if this equipment may have been acquired from a bid to Iraq
-
Or other means but is highly unlikely.

7- The value of this equipment is
unknown, and may exceed 500,000,000 dollars,

We will not be paying any amounts or commissions to acquire this
contract.

Rafidan wishes to comment here that in his
letter to Hazim Al Shalan, That the value stated in Stoffel's letter
to him was over 1 Billion U.S. Dollars, as showed earlier. We also
wish to add that Stoffel has separate agreements with Shalan, Allawi,
Chalabi, and the Kurdish Gangsters.

dues that will be upheld on us to acquire this contract.

Wye Oak
Clarifies the following:

If you
approve the Contract, this does not mean that you are not following
the rules and regulations of the U.S. Law.

Wye Oak will
not proceed with the fulfillment of the contract without your
approval.

C-
We will
provide you with a copy of the signed contract.

D-
If you want
to add other companies to work on this contract, we can modify the
contract.

E-
Our Company
is registered with you under No. 592 valid until 2007

All the
Company related workers do not break the U.S. Law.

The person
who will sign the contract is a U.S. Citizen.

be no U.S. Names or beneficiaries, The only beneficiary that will be
disclosed will be the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and the Minister
Hazim Al Shalan.

Identity of the Foreign Coordinators and the Agents, they will not
be disclosed.

After studying the documents and evidence and
publicly released them and still, we wish to confirm the
following:

The U.S.
Administration as well as Bush himself are at knowledge and at
arrangement with Dale Stoffel, to carry out the program of stripping
Iraq of all it's military & people's equipment For their benefit
firstly and by this our country will be without arms for a long
period of time, confirming Iraq will not be a problem in the future
it will be easier for them to steal the oil. Also for the protection
of Israel because Iraqi at one point was capable of defeating it
alone. And as history always confirms!

There are
those who assisted Stoffel in this program inside Iraq, Chalabi,
Allawi, Shalan, Talabani& Barazani, and the Iranian lobby all
according to separate contracts will Stoffel, and outside Iraq; we
have evidence of the involvement of Jordan, Kuwait, Israel, Iran &
the Ukraine.

The Valuable
Missiles, engines and aircrafts have been transported and in large
transport aircrafts and have since disappeared.

There were
100's of trucks and vehicles that loaded our equipment to Jordan &
Israel.

There were
large amounts of equipment that were transported to Iraq and Turkey
through the Kurdish Gangs and their smugglers. All in coorpination
with Stoffel.

Large
amounts were also transported by the Iranian parties and Badr
Militia,

And the Dawa Party especially the Iranian
Weapons across the border through the Muntheriya border point and
also through Shalamcha border point as shown to you in Exhibit 12
here, also was transported was the Military factories after their
programmed dismantling all with the guidance of the

U.S. Appointed Government.

The mission of Bremer was very clear and is to
appoint a puppet government that serves the occupier's interest and
then try to provide it with international recognition by force to
collect all the Iraqi financial assets from around the world banks.
And thus the nation will be broke.

As for Dale Stoffel His mission was to control
Iraq for a hundred years and this is achieved by stripping Iraq of
it's military equipment. Then to create a police force and so called
national guards to protect the oil installations and the occupation
troops using the Iraqi Oil Revenues. And for this, that Stoffel's

Strength and his aims are of Strategic nature.
This is because he is the main thinker for the control of Iraq. He
was a technical, political and commercial octopus. & his death made
Bush and Israel weep for some time because they both realized that
their demise will undoubtedly be in Iraq.
